In Montalco's 60 000 square-foot factory, there are upwards of 15 machines. These include auto-sanders, dowelling machines, CNC, panel saws and everything involved in the staining process, including four open paint booths and one closed booth. Our state-of-the-art flat line machine uses the most advanced technology in British Columbia.
British Columbia's most advanced flat line machine of its kind is found at Montalco's factory. The machine coats every door with a clear coating, in seventeen minutes flat. Each door goes through two passes of the clear coating process and four heaters in the baking process. Clients say our finishes are the best in the business. Now you know why.
